Since the introduction of left bundle branch pacing (LBBP), a search for precise parameters confirming successful capture of conduction system was conducted. Most of the proposed electrocardiographic criteria refer to patients with narrow QRS complexes. We present a patient with heart failure in whom cardiac resynchronization was achieved using conduction system pacing.

However, there is a group of patients with indications for clopidogrel treatment. This population includes patients with chronic or acute coronary syndrome who are treated invasively and have contraindications to the use of novel antiplatelet drugs due to antithrombotic treatment (particularly with non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants).

However, despite the proven efficacy of this treatment regimen, thromboembolic complications have been observed in some individuals. The reason for this phenomenon is linked to the so-called increased responsiveness of platelets despite high platelet resistance (HPR).

With mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) PCI of the left main artery was performed successfully during 50 min cardiac arrest. The patient was discharged from the hospital without compromising cardiac function and neurological deficits.

Subsequent studies have contributed to a better understanding of the complex mechanisms in which clopidogrel is metabolised and have confirmed the negative effects on prognosis, both in a group of patients with low and excessive response to the drug. To prevent the dramatic consequences of an abnormal response to clopidogrel, 2 different strategies were adopted.

Materials And Methods: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) isolated from umbilical cord, cultured in standard conditions, were harvested and passaged in 24-well plates. Laser influence on HUVEC inflammatory response was measured by stimulating them with Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) followed by laser light illumination.
