[Use of phytoestrogens in medicine].

In this review present big group of natural biology activity substances--flavonoids, and also products of soybean as main sours of phytoestrogens. Discussion preventive and medical role and potential ways of use phytoestrogens in died of patients with different diseases.

[The study of soy isoflavone metabolism in patients with cardiovascular diseases].

The investigation of influent of antiatherosclerotic diets with various component of phytoestrogens on clinical and metabolic parameters in patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertension. Definition of quantity isoflavones in soy protein products, in diets and in urine patients before and after treatment.

[Effect of an anti-atherogenic diet, including soy protein products with various levels of phytoestrogens, on indicators of humoral immunity in patients with hypertension and ischemic heart disease].

The dynamic of level of natural antibodies to factors of blood coagulation system (thrombin, antithrombin III, alpha 2-macroglobulin), to angiothensinogen and to noradrenaline in 95 patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertension was studied in antiatherosclerotic diet and diet with soy-protein (soy protein isolate and soybean flour). Universal normalizing effect of the diet with soy-protein consist in increase of levels of natural antibodies to thrombin, antithrombin III, alpha 2-macroglobulin, angiothensinogen and to noradrenaline.

[Soybean proteins in correction of coronary risk factors in patients with cardiovascular diseases].

At 95 patients with coronary artery disease and high blood pressure studied influence of a diet with low lipid by a directedness including yields of processing soy, on dynamics(changes) of clinical symptoms, indexes lipid of the status and coronary risk factors. The application of a diet, 50% of fiber in which was replaced on soy protein isolate, promoted positive dynamics(changes) of clinical manifestations of disease on a hum noise of improving of indexes lipid of a spectrum and coronary risk factors. The research has shown, that the use in the treat-preventive purposes soy protein isolate is rather perspective.

[Analysis of modern concepts concerning the role of processed soybean products in diet therapy of patients with cardiovascular diseases].

In this review the analysis of chemical structure of soybeans is given, are indicated and the outcomes of evaluation of medical and preventive efficiency of use soy and products of its processing in a feed of the patients with cardiovascular diseases on data of experimental researches and clinical natural observations are discussed.

[Actual diet of patients with gastrointestinal diseases].

The study of actual nutrition of patients with erosive-ulcerative lesions in the gastroduodenal zone and of patients with operated ulcer has revealed defects in intake of essential nutrients by these patients: overeating of animal fat and refined carbohydrates, deficiency of oil, vitamins A, B2, C, D and food fibers.
