Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) have significant potential to become an important tool for monitoring the effects of treatment in solid tumors. The present study reports the occurance of CTCs in cervical cancer (CC) patients during radical chemoradiotherapy (CRT), including brachytherapy (BRT), and during the follow-up period.
