Gelling polysaccharide from Chondrus armatus and its oligosaccharides: the structural peculiarities and anti-inflammatory activity.

Structural peculiarities of low molecular weight (LMW) sample obtained by mild acid hydrolysis of κ-carrageenan from Chondrus armatus was investigated by a rapid mass spectrometric method.
