Incidental finding of anterior cranial fossa meningioma on 18F-fluoride PET/CT.

The association of breast carcinoma and meningioma has been described. We report a case of anterior cranial fossa meningioma in a woman with breast cancer detected by (18)F-fluoride PET/CT. The whole-body (18)F-fluoride PET images demonstrate an intense intracranial focal radiotracer accumulation in the skull base.

[The relation between serum levels of calcium and PTH and the positivity of parathyroid scintigraphy with sestamibi--analysis of 194 patients].

To correlate PTH and calcium serum levels with the percentages of positive results on the parathyroid scintigraphy, we retrospectively analyzed 194 patients who performed parathyroid scintigraphy.
