Article Synopsis
  • Atypical anatomy in maxillary incisors, like a double-rooted structure, is rare and documented in only a few cases.
  • Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) is useful for identifying these anatomical variations and their 3D location.
  • A 72-year-old patient with a fractured tooth underwent CBCT, revealing two roots, leading to successful endodontic treatment and a positive long-term prognosis.
