The aim of this study was to identify the factors associated with sleep disturbances in individuals after a stroke. To systematically identify relevant studies, an extensive search strategy was devised. We conducted comprehensive searches in major electronic databases including PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, and Cochrane Library.
