Symptomatic spinal metastasis of a supratentorial glioblastoma in a pediatric patient: a case report and comprehensive review of the literature.

Spinal metastasis of Glioblastoma is a rare occurrence, especially in pediatric patients, and extremely rare to become symptomatic. The pathology is poorly understood and remains with unclear dissemination mechanisms. The treatment approaches are varied and multimodal therapy (surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy) can be employed to manage this type of metastasis.
