We report a case of a 26-year-old female who initially presented to an outside optometrist with complaints of proptosis and decreased visual acuity. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) obtained at that time was concerning for allergic fungal sinusitis. Unfortunately, the patient's referral to ophthalmology was delayed due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
