In this post-hoc investigation, we analyzed primary and secondary end-points from the Combination of Avodart and Tamsulosin study in Asian (n = 325) and Caucasian men (n = 4259). This pooled analysis of the 9-month open-label extensions to these studies evaluated the long-term efficacy and tolerability of trospium XR.
Methods: Following double-blind treatment, subjects with OAB could enter the open-label period, during which they received trospium 60 mg XR once daily for 36 weeks.
