A retrospective review was performed of all osteochondroma excisions at our institution from 1994 to 2007. Postoperative functional assessment was completed with use of the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) survey and a self-report questionnaire. Limited three-dimensional volumetric imaging by axial tomography of the femur was performed before surgery for 35 hips in 20 children with CP. The TPAT was performed before the imaging study for 31 hips in 18 children.
