Purpose Of Review: We review prevalence, etiology, impact on treatment, and best practices for treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in a substance use disorder (SUD) treatment setting. Recommendations are given related to screening, assessment, and symptom monitoring.
Recent Findings: PTSD and SUDs are highly comorbid.
Calculable physicochemical descriptors are a useful guide to assist compound design in medicinal chemistry. It is well established that controlling size, lipophilicity, hydrogen bonding, flexibility and shape, guided by descriptors that approximate to these properties, can greatly increase the chances of successful drug discovery. Many therapeutic targets and new modalities are incompatible with the optimal ranges of these properties and thus there is much interest in approaches to find oral drug candidates outside of this space.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFThis Letter presents results of a search for the mixing of a sub-eV sterile neutrino with three active neutrinos based on the full data sample of the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment, collected during 3158 days of detector operation, which contains 5.55×10^{6} reactor ν[over ¯]_{e} candidates identified as inverse beta-decay interactions followed by neutron capture on gadolinium. The analysis benefits from a doubling of the statistics of our previous result and from improvements of several important systematic uncertainties.

Methods: Research uncertainties related to information and support for breast cancer surgery submitted by patients and carers were analysed thematically to generate summary questions for inclusion in an online Delphi survey. Individuals with lived breast cancer experience completed two Delphi rounds including feedback in which they selected their top 10 research priorities from the list provided.
Background: Regular physical activity and exercise are fundamental components of a healthy lifestyle for youth living with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Yet, few youth living with T1D achieve the daily minimum recommended levels of physical activity. Background: While relationships and connectedness among organizations have been included in implementation theories, models, and frameworks, the increased attention to health equity in implementation science raises the urgency of understanding the role of relationships external to the implementing organization. This paper addresses this gap through an exploration of the role of external relationships in community-based, equity-focused interventions.

Methods: Structured exercise sessions ~30 minutes in length from the Type 1 Diabetes Exercise Initiative (T1DEXI) study were used to assess within-participant glycemic variability during and after exercise.
