Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT) using haploidentical donors (haploHCT) with post-transplantation cyclophosphamide (PTCy) for augmented graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis has emerged as a robust platform to expand donor options with acceptable levels of GVHD and graft failure.
