Aneurysms of the common femoral and profunda femoris arteries are rare. Open surgical repair is the treatment of choice, even though hybrid and total endovascular repair with stent graft placement are reported in the literature. We describe a case of a successful total endovascular repair of a common femoral aneurysm extending to the profunda femoris with a bifurcated abdominal endograft placed in the common femoral artery with distal landing in profunda femoris and superficial femoral artery to preserve flow in both arteries.

Objective: Concern regarding the use of anatomic fixation endografts was raised, as previous data suggested increased risk of late device uncoupling and type IIIa endoleak (EL) in this setting. Some risk factors have been identified as predictors of graft failure. We aim to determine if increase in aortic tortuosity index (TI) over the time is associated with an increased risk of type IIIa EL.

Objective: To assess safety, performance, and efficacy of the RELAY thoracic stent graft (Bolton Medical, Barcelona, Spain) in the treatment of patients who require elective thoracic endovascular aortic repair including aneurysms and dissections.

Methods: The RELAY Endovascular Registry for Thoracic Disease II (RESTORE II) is a multicenter, prospective, international cohort study involving 21 centers in 12 countries worldwide. All consecutively included patients underwent elective thoracic endovascular aortic repair with a RELAY or RELAY NBS stent graft (including off the shelf and custom-made devices) to repair thoracic aortic aneurysms or dissections.
