We have used two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) coupled to mass spectrometry (MS) to identify a spectrum of miR-153-3p and miR-205-5p targets in neuronal SH-SY5Y cells.

Here we present a case of 55 year old male who presented with lower respiratory tract infection and clinical findings of systolic murmur at apex and hepatosplenomegaly and later on multiple cerebral emboli which on further evaluation turned out to be myeloproliferative neoplasm associated with cardiac mass with left ventricular mid-cavity obstruction.

Reduced Graphene Oxide Composite with Oxidizable Manganese/Cobalt Mixed Oxide for p-Cresol Oxidation by Using Molecular Oxygen.

A composite of graphene oxide (GO) with mixed oxide (MnCo) was prepared by using a solvothermal method. During the synthesis, both the reduction of GO and growth of metal oxides took place simultaneously. The as-prepared composite material was highly selective for the liquid-phase oxidation of p-cresol to form p-hydroxybenzaldehyde in 71 % yield within 1 h.

Effect of N-acetylcysteine infusion on exercise-induced modulation of insulin sensitivity and signaling pathways in human skeletal muscle.

Seven healthy, recreationally active participants volunteered for this double-blind, randomized, repeated-measures crossover study. Exercise was undertaken with infusion of saline (CON) or the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine (NAC) to attenuate ROS.
