Rainwater harvesting (RWH) has proven to be an efficient method of curtailing water scarcity by substituting it as an alternative water supply which also helps to mitigate the risk of flooding caused due to heavy rainfall. While overcoming the water-related issues, implementation and identifying potential harvesting sites in urban areas on a large scale has always been challenging, necessitating additional research and constraint considerations. The proposed study implements a basin-wide approach and creates a tool using the geographical information system (GIS) to pinpoint site locations to collect rainstorm water.

Various strategies have been explored to maintain patient stability during this process, including microdosing buprenorphine. Current literature lacks consensus on an optimal setting and strategy for initiating a buprenorphine microdosing protocol and gives little detail on patients' conditions after the acute transition period.

Glycogen rich cell carcinoma (GRCC) is a rare subtype of primary malignant neoplasm of the breast which is not commonly discussed. Only approximately 288 cases have been reported since its first description globally with reports of varying prognosis.

Although hepatic steatosis is a major risk factor for preservation type injury, how NKT cells impact this is understudied. Given NKT1 cell activation by phospholipid ligands recognized presented by CD1d, we hypothesized that NKT1 cells are key modulators of hepatic IRI because of the increased frequency of activating ligands in the setting of hepatic steatosis.

Maxillary osteomyelitis risk is low owing to its high vascularity. This study was undertaken to evaluate risk factors, presentation, management and outcomes of maxillary osteomyelitis caused due to reasons other than irradiation and bone remodelling drugs.

Low back pain is a problem that every one of all age groups faces and there are various methods used to correct low back pain. Manual therapy is a specialized area in physiotherapy which manages neuromuscular pain.

The implementation of the WENO ensures that solutions behave with minimal or no oscillations, narrowing the gap between the exact and the numerical results. The current study investigated the impact of hydrolysis (0-180 min) by proteinase K on electrophoretic pattern, secondary structure, cathepsin inhibitory and SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infectivity inhibitory of bovine Lf.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to assess the efficacy of a community-directed tobacco prevention intervention in reducing tobacco use in rural areas.
Objective: To describe real-world baseline characteristics and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) at 6-month and 12-month follow-up visits among patients with psoriasis who initiated and maintained secukinumab, stratified by prior exposure to biologics.
Methods: This real-world study included patients enrolled in the CorEvitas (formerly Corrona) Psoriasis Registry who initiated and maintained secukinumab through 6-month and/or 12-month follow-up. Demographics, clinical characteristics, and PROs were collected.
Ellagic acid and Gallic acid are polyphenols which have shown beneficial effects in animal models of colitis. In the present study Ellagic acid and Gallic acid were evaluated for antibacterial potential against clinical IBD isolates. (HM95, HM233, HM251, HM615).

Osteochondroma is one of the common bone tumours but is rarely seen in the head and neck region. Osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle, extending to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is an infrequent occurrence. Patients commonly present with restricted mouth opening and malocclusion.

Methods: A retrospective chart review of patients who underwent IVC ligation (IVC-Ligation) and IVC resection with reconstruction (IVC-Reconstruction) at our institution between May 2004 and April 2021 was performed.
Transportation is among the key aspects that influence active ageing. This realist review intends to understand the mechanisms of urban mobility infrastructure interventions and policies in low- and middle-income countries for older adults and to identify factors, which influenced the success or failure of interventions. We followed the steps suggested by Pawson and colleagues for a realist review.

The decomposition pathways of -nitrosamines, alkynes, and β-nitroso enamine intermediates were better handled in a continuous flow setting through the diffusion control of chemical species that negatively affected the formation of tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-]pyridine 1-oxides under batch reaction conditions.

We describe a blood-based breast cancer detection test based on functional enrichment of breast-adenocarcinoma-associated circulating tumor cells (BrAD-CTCs) and their identification via multiplexed fluorescence immunocytochemistry (ICC) profiling for GCDFP15, GATA3, EpCAM, PanCK, and CD45 status.
Methods: The ability of the test to differentiate BrC cases ( = 548) from healthy women ( = 9632) was evaluated in a case-control clinical study.
Chronic non-specific contamination of the reproductive tract in animals is a major issue during early postpartum, natural coitus, or artificial insemination. Uterine infection is one of the major concerns reducing fertility, production loss, and early culling of the animals. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify any novel bacterium if present in the uterine environment of causing infections.

Introduction: Posterior urethral valves (PUV) is a leading cause of chronic renal failure in childhood. Bladder and posterior urethral deformity in infants with PUV are highly variable on initial voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG). Some types of deformity may be more important than others in determining the severity of the condition.

Group 1 ILCs, comprised of conventional natural killer cells (cNKs) and type 1 ILCs (ILC1s), have been implicated in regulating immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. However, the role of ILC1s in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) is unclear.
