Background: The efficacy and safety of nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-paclitaxel) in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have yielded inconsistent findings.
Materials And Methods: We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis, including comparative and noncomparative trials and cohort studies, to assess the efficacy and safety of nab-paclitaxel in advanced NSCLC. The search covered PubMed, CENTRAL, Scopus, and ClinicalTrials.

The structures of the new compounds were determined by 1D and 2D NMR experiments and by comparison with the structure of compound 1, whose relative stereochemistry was determined by X-ray analysis. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their cancer chemopreventive potential based on their ability to inhibit nitric oxide (NO) production and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)-induced NF-κB activity.

In brine shrimp lethality, the highly toxic plant extracts were Mitrephora wangii (LC(50) 14.8 µg mL(-1)) and Hydrocotyle javanica (LC(50) 13.
