Background: Usefulness of hysteroscopic metroplasty to improve reproductive outcomes is controversial and debated among reproductive specialists and, consequently, patients.
Methods: We performed a cross-sectional analysis to assess the quality, reliability, and level of misinformation in YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok videos about hysteroscopic metroplasty. Videos on each social network retrieved using "hysteroscopy" and "septate uterus" or "uterine septum" as keywords were assessed using Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool for audio-visual (PEMAT A/V) content, the modified DISCERN (mDISCERN), Global Quality Scale (GQS), Video Information and Quality Index (VIQI) and Misinformation assessment.
Endometrial cancer (EC) is, nowadays, the most frequent gynecological malignancy worldwide. The main treatment approach for EC is surgery, especially for early-stage tumors. For advanced EC, chemotherapy (CT) with carboplatin and paclitaxel is the standard treatment, especially for women with metastatic or recurrent disease.

The disease metastasizes mainly through the peritoneal spread in the abdomen and through the lymphatic system. Lymph node involvement is present in 48% up to 75% of cases of advanced-stage ovarian cancer (ASOC).

Material And Methods: A retrospective case-control analysis was conducted on 242 women with menopausal abnormal uterine bleeding and endometrial thickness ≥ 4 mm. Peripheral blood samples were collected within 7 days before histological diagnosis.
Objectives: Currently available research data points to COVID-19-related multi-organ system damage. This study aims to evaluate the impact of SARS-CoV-2 on the reproductive health, that is, plasma levels of FSH, LH, estradiol, AMH, and antral follicular count, of women undergoing level II ART techniques.
Methods: This is a multicenter, prospective, and observational study by the reproductive medicine centers of Palermo's Ospedali Riuniti Villa Sofia-Cervello Hospital and Vanvitelli University.

Women with endometriosis were deemed more prone to COVID-19 infection in some reports. Considering that endometriosis-related aberrant immune response, understanding how COVID-19 vaccination influences its clinical status is crucial. The aim of this meta-analysis was the evaluate the susceptibility to COVID-19 infection and modifications of symptoms following COVID-19 vaccination in women with endometriosis.

Background: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of caffeine on fetal heart rate (FHR) as determined by computerized cardiotocography (cCTG) parameters.
Methods: Term pregnancies that performed a fetal antepartum cCTG were included. Two physicians recorded coffee habits before the cCTG, and pregnant women were divided into two groups: the coffee group and the control group.
Background: The treatment of choice for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) is definitive concurrent radio chemotherapy which consists of external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) and concurrent platinum-based chemotherapy (CCRT), with the possible addition of brachytherapy (BT). However, the benefits of adjuvant surgery after neoadjuvant treatments remain a debated issue and a still open question in the literature. This meta-analysis aims to provide an updated view on the controversial topic, focusing on comparing surgery after any adjuvant treatment and standard treatment.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate characteristics of endometrial surveillance in women treated for breast cancer to build a clinical prediction model.
Design: A multicentric retrospective cohort study was conducted at two tertiary-care university hospitals from January 2020 to June 2023. Perimenopausal and postmenopausal women treated for breast cancer were categorized into two groups: patients with and without diagnosis of endometrial malignancy (endometrial carcinoma) or premalignancy (atypical endometrial hyperplasia).
Background: Fetal aneuploidies, including trisomies 21, 13, and 18, represent a significant issue in prenatal care. The advent of non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) through the detection of cell-free DNA (cf-DNA) in maternal blood has modified screening for chromosomal abnormalities. This study evaluates NIPT adherence among pregnant of different ethnicities, addressing potential disparities in prenatal care.

Materials And Methods: Six months modification in the McCoy Female Sexuality Questionnaire (MFSQ) and testosterone (T) and dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEAS) serum levels in women starting a monophasic pill containing ethinyl-estradiol (EE) 35 µg and NGM 0.250 mg.
Oral contraceptives (OCs) are usually used to treat endometriosis; however, the evidence is inconsistent about whether OC use in the past, when given to asymptomatic women, is protective against the development of future disease. We aimed to assess the relationship between the use of OCs and the likelihood of discovering endometriosis, considering the length of time under OCs during their fertile age. This was a monocentric retrospective cohort study in a tertiary-care University Hospital (Department of Human Reproduction, Division of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, University Medical Centre Ljubljana, Slovenia) carried out from January 2012 to December 2022.

Stable ozonides are derivatives of artemisinin found to be stable against strong basic and acidic conditions. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant diminishing the output of reactive oxygen species in the oxidation of fats and the emanation of free radicals, reducing cellular injury and aging.

Design: This is a retrospective cohort study on prospectively collected data.
Setting: The study was conducted at tertiary care university hospital.
Background: Preterm birth is a major cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality. It is unclear whether the introduction of a universal transvaginal ultrasound cervical length screening program in women at low risk for preterm delivery is associated with a reduction in the frequency of preterm birth.
Objective: To test the hypothesis that the introduction of a midtrimester universal transvaginal ultrasound cervical length screening program in asymptomatic singleton pregnancies without prior preterm delivery would reduce the rate of preterm birth at <37 weeks of gestation.
Endometrial cancer is the most incident gynecological cancer. Lymph node dissemination is one of the most important factors for the patient's prognosis. Pelvic lymph nodes are the primary site of extra-uterine dissemination in endometrial cancer (EC), setting the 5-year survival to 44-52%.

MiRNA is a group of RNA molecules, each of which consists of 15-22 nucleotides and post-transcriptionally modulates gene expression. The complementary mRNAs-onto which the miRNAs hybridize-are involved in processes such as implantation, tumor suppression, proliferation, angiogenesis, and metastasis that define the entire tumor microenvironment.
