Pilomatricoma of the male breast: sonographic mammographic MRI features with pathologic correlation.

We report a case of 43-year-old man who presented with an enlarging, painless, palpable mass in the left breast for one year associated with surface blue discoloration of the skin. Mammogram showed a well-defined 2.3-cm mass with microcalcifications.
