Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia has been associated with an increased prevalence of adrenal masses. It is still unknown whether incidentalomas in CAH* patients are more frequent or if the risk of adrenal carcinoma is higher than the general population. Clinical Case: A 69-year-old male presented for recurring low urinary tract symptoms after a 20-day ciprofloxacin regimen for prostatitis. He previously underwent open right nephrolithotomy and left ureterovesical junction reimplantation for an iatrogenic distal ureteral stricture.
Purpose: Urolithiasis after kidney transplantation can involve several contributing factors and the treatment strategy is open to question. We determined the incidence and management of urolithiasis in kidney recipients.
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively reviewed a single center series of 3,000 kidney graft recipients during 32 years to identify those with urolithiasis.
Bladder involvement in metastatic breast carcinoma is a rare situation and accounts for about 3% of secondary bladder neoplasms. Most patients are symptomatic, with evidence of disseminated disease at diagnosis.

Methods: We reviewed retrospectively all the nephrectomies performed in our department between 1982 and 2003 in patients with ADPKD and chronic renal failure.
Results: Seventy-nine patients (42 males and 37 females) with ADPKD and chronic renal failure underwent 89 nephrectomies; in 10 of 79, both kidneys were removed but not simultaneously.
Ureteroduodenal fistulas are rare. The authors present a review of this disease in the light of a clinical case and emphasize the role of conservative management.
