Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) is a chronic wound, and a person with diabetes has an increased lifetime risk of foot ulcers (19%-34%) and high morbidity (65% recurrence in 3-5 years, 20% lifetime amputation). Recent data have shown rising amputation rates, especially in the younger and minority populations. This abstract discusses innovative approaches for addressing this issue.

Any lapse in this procedure causes irregular healing, which generates clinical and financial burdens for the health system. Personalized treatment is preferred to overcome the limitations of classical as well as modern methods of wound healing.

Despite advances in therapeutic approaches, the complex microenvironment of GBM poses significant challenges in its optimal therapy, which are attributed to immune evasion, tumor repopulation by stem cells, and limited drug penetration across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Nanotechnology has emerged as a promising avenue for GBM treatment, offering biosafety, sustained drug release, enhanced solubility, and improved BBB penetrability.

The aim of this systematic review was to assess the safety and efficacy profile of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors (Canagliflozin, Dapagliflozin, Empagliflozin, and Licogliflozin) for the treatment of women suffering from PCOS.
Methods: A literature search in PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, and ClinicalTrials.
Concern over increasing pollution and ways to mitigate it is in high demand due to the swift advancement of technology and the creation of advanced utilities. Nitrogen oxide (NO) is a well-known evolved toxin that poses a threat to human health, the environment, and biodiversity. Therefore, several works are carried to sense the NO gas at its trace concentration.

This gene mutation causes tumours to grow on nerves which results in other systemic abnormalities such as skin changes, bone and eye abnormalities, hormonal imbalances, and diversity in achievement of puberty with neurologic complications.

To discriminate between identical monozygotic twins, short tandem repeats has not been found effective, therefore, various techniques, including next-generation sequencing (NGS), are applied. Monozygotic twins can be identified through germ line genomes, through speech using deep learning networks, and through epigenetic analysis.
