An endophytic fungus Phomopsis liquidambaris CBR-15, was isolated from Cryptolepis buchanani Roem. (Asclepiadaceae) and identified by its characteristic culture morphology and molecular analysis of the ITS region of rDNA and intervening 5.8S rRNA gene.
