Introduction: The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in healthcare is revolutionizing the workflows of healthcare professionals, enabling faster and more accurate patient treatment. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of responses provided by different AI chatbots to questions that dentists might ask regarding regenerative endodontic treatment (RET), a procedure that shows promising biological healing potential.
Methods: A total of 23 questions related to RET procedures were developed based on the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) 2022 guidelines.
Purpose: To investigate the relationship between type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1-DM) and apical periodontitis (AP). The periapical and endodontic conditions of T1-DM individuals were compared with healthy people.
Methods: T1-DM subjects aged 18-45 with good glycemic control (HbA1c < 7) were included in this research.
This study aimed to evaluate surface defects of Remover rotary Nickel-Titanium (NiTi) files after single and multiple uses in conventional endodontic retreatment procedures using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Eighty acrylic blocks, simulating root canals with a 1.5 mm internal diameter, a 5 mm radius of curvature, and a 55° curvature, were utilized.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the treatment approach of dental practitioners to endo-perio lesions by considering the current endo-perio classification. MATERIAL AND METHODS An online survey was prepared, consisting of questions about the treatment approach to 3 simulated cases with endo-perio lesions, shown on periapical radiography.

Methods: A survey comprising 27 questions across three sections-demographic information, practical application, and knowledge-approach-awareness inquiries-was developed. It was distributed to 282 students either in person or via a link shared through WhatsApp groups using Google Forms.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of various disinfection protocols on the cutting efficiency and chemical composition of ProTaper, Twisted File, Twisted File Adaptive, and Hedström files. Four experimental groups (n = 10) were presoaked in either enzymatic solution or 1% sodium hypochlorite for 30 min, followed by either 5 or 15 min of ultrasonic cleaning and then autoclaved. Resin-simulated canals with a single curvature of 38-40° were prepared by each instrument system.

Sixty mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) samples were randomly assigned into four experimental groups based on the restorative materials used: nanohybrid resin composite as a control, giomer, alkasite and ormocer. µSBS samples were prepared for each group ( = 15).
