Finding a treatment approach with high efficacy and minimal adverse reactions for advanced melanoma is still challenging. This study aimed to review and summarize available evidence regarding the effectiveness of the newly FDA-approved combination therapy of Relatmlimab and Nivolumab in patients with advanced melanoma and its comorbidities. We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library for studies published in any language till 29/11/2023.

The prevalence of depression and anxiety in premenopausal and menopausal women: A cross-sectional study.

Background And Aims: Targeted research on physiological and psychological changes during menopause is crucial. Most studies have prioritized the investigation of psychological disorders during menopause, with a limited comparison of mental health among women in the various stages surrounding menopause. This study aims to explore the difference in depression and anxiety prevalence between women in premenopausal and menopause.

Demographic, Epidemiologic, and Clinical Characteristics of Human Monkeypox Disease Pre- and Post-2022 Outbreaks: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

(1) Background: In early May 2022, an increasing number of human monkeypox (mpox) cases were reported in non-endemic disparate regions of the world, which raised concerns. Here, we provide a systematic review and meta-analysis of mpox-confirmed patients presented in peer-reviewed publications over the 10 years before and during the 2022 outbreak from demographic, epidemiological, and clinical perspectives. (2) Methods: A systematic search was performed for relevant studies published in Pubmed/Medline, Embase, Scopus, and Google Scholar from 1 January 2012 up to 15 February 2023.
