Article Synopsis
  • - The study explored how fear of cancer recurrence (FCR), spiritual well-being, and mental health interrelate among 217 chemotherapy patients, using various psychological assessment tools to gather data.
  • - Results showed that higher FCR correlated with increased anxiety and depression, while better spiritual well-being was linked to lower levels of these mental health issues.
  • - Overall, the findings suggest that FCR is a significant predictor of psychological distress in cancer patients, but enhancing spiritual well-being may help mitigate mental health problems and FCR.
