We aim to identify possible factors that correlate with the seroconversion and serodynamics of IgG antibodies against the RBD of SARS-CoV-2.

Methods: We performed a longitudinal study of the population at Health and Demographic Surveillance System (HDSS) Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Introduction: Inherited retinal dystrophy (IRD) is a group of untreated genetic ocular diseases that mostly affect young people. The number of patients with IRD worldwide, including in developing countries, is growing each year. This literature review aimed to investigate the current utilised genetic screening of IRD worldwide and to propose the most feasible genetics test and diagnostic method for IRD in developing countries, especially Indonesia.

Norwegian scabies in human immunodeficiency virus and tuberculosis-infected child: A case report.

Norwegian scabies is a rare scabies with the manifestation of thick crusts of the extremities of the skin that contain eggs and mites. Several conditions in which scabies infection is easily transmitted include immunocompromised, home nursing, and severe neurological disorder. The aim of this case report was to present a thorough analysis of a comprehensive resource for the management of Norwegian scabies patients, with a specific focus on individuals who also have HIV or other immunocompromising diseases.

Geographical variations and district-level factors associated with COVID-19 mortality in Indonesia: a nationwide ecological study.

Background: Ensuring health equity, especially for vulnerable populations in less developed settings with poor health system is essential for the current and future global health threats. This study examined geographical variations of COVID-19 mortality and its association with population health characteristics, health care capacity in responding pandemic, and socio-economic characteristics across 514 districts in Indonesia.

Methods: This nationwide ecological study included aggregated data of COVID-19 cases and deaths from all 514 districts in Indonesia, recorded in the National COVID-19 Task Force database, during the first two years of the epidemic, from 1 March 2020 to 27 February 2022.

Two-years antibody responses following SARS-CoV-2 infection in humans: A study protocol.

The long-term antibody response to the novel SARS-CoV-2 in infected patients and their residential neighborhood remains unknown in Indonesia. This information will provide insights into the antibody kinetics over a relatively long period as well as transmission risk factors in the community. We aim to prospectively observe and determine the kinetics of the anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody for 2 years after infection in relation to disease severity and to determine the risk and protective factors of SARS CoV-2 infections in the community.

The Distribution of M2 Macrophage and Treg in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Tumor Tissue and the Correlation with TNM Status and Clinical Stage.

Objective: This study aimed to identify the distribution of M2 macrophage and Treg in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) tumor tissue samples. The presence of these two groups of cells was further correlated to clinical stage, tumor size, the lymphatic node involvement, and metastasis.
