Unlabelled: We report a deep next-generation sequencing analysis of 13 sequentially obtained tumor samples, eight sequentially obtained circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) samples and three germline DNA samples over the life history of 3 patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), 2 of whom had germline pathogenic BRCA1 mutation, to unravel tumor evolution. In this study, we report an unusual phenomenon of the self-cleavage of purified PCR products of codon-optimized delta tubulin ( ) and epsilon tubulin ( ) genes through an unknown mechanism. Our studies revealed that intact PCR products for both these genes could be obtained upon PCR amplification from plasmid templates carrying these genes. However, interestingly, purification of these PCR products led to their cleavage through an unidentified mechanism.

NIORKP76 isolate under solid-state fermentation was assessed for its bio-bleaching ability on kraft pulp. In the biobleaching analysis, the xylanase dose of 5 Ug dry pulp denoted the optimum bleaching of pulp at 40 °C and pH 8.

Superfluid density from magnetic penetration depth measurements in Nb-Cu 3D nano-composite films.

Superconductivity in 3D Nb-Cu nanocomposite granular films have been studied with varying thickness for two different compositions, Nb rich with 88 at% of Nb and Cu rich with 46 at% of Nb. For both compositions, the superconducting transition temperature (T) decreases with decreasing film thickness. For any thickness, doubling the Cu content in the films decreases the T by about 2 K.
