Design: Pilot, randomized, double-blind, parallel, sham-controlled study SETTING: Clinical research site at UT Southwestern Medical Center PARTICIPANTS: Twenty-five participants with clinical diagnoses of AD were enrolled from cognition specialty clinics.

Pranjivandas Manekchand Mehta (1889-1981), MD, MS, FCPS, also known as Dr P M Mehta, was an Indian physician and surgeon in Bombay, who then became the personal physician of the Maharajah Jamsaheb of the former Princely State of Nawanagar, Gujarat, British India. The Jamsaheb appointed Mehta as the Chief Medical Officer of Nawanagar, and with the guidance of the French radiologist, Jean Saidman, oversaw the construction of the first solarium in India. Mehta persuaded the Jamsaheb to fund an institution dedicated to Ayurvedic studies, named the Shri Gulabkunverba Ayurvedic Society, the precursor to the first Ayurveda college in India, and he became the Director of the Central Institute of Research on Indigenous Systems, which later came under the umbrella of the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Jamnagar.

Materials And Methods: A prospective observational study of all patients with SCC penis was conducted between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2023, at our institute. Purpose: High-grade gliomas (HGG) represent a challenging subset of brain tumors characterized by aggressive nature and poor prognosis. Histopathology remains to be the standard for diagnosis, however, it is invasive, prone to sampling errors, and may not capture the full tumor heterogeneity and evolution over time. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the potential utility of circulating biomarkers, obtained through minimally-invasive liquid biopsies, providing an opportunity for diagnosis, prognostication, monitoring treatment response and developing targeted therapies.

A levy chaotic horizontal vertical crossover based artificial hummingbird algorithm for precise PEMFC parameter estimation.

In this research, enhanced versions of the Artificial Hummingbird Algorithm are used to accurately identify unknown parameters in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) models. In particular, we propose a multi strategy variant, the Lévy Chaotic Artificial Hummingbird Algorithm (LCAHA), which combines sinusoidal chaotic mapping, Lévy flights and a new cross update foraging strategy. The combination of this method with PEMFC parameters results in a significantly improved performance compared to traditional methods, such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Differential Evolution (DE), Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO), and Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA), which we use as baselines to validate PEMFC parameters.

Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) models require parameter tuning for their design and performance improvement. In this study, Depth Information-Based Differential Evolution (Di-DE) algorithm, a novel and efficient metaheuristic approach, is applied to the complex, nonlinear optimization problem of PEMFC parameter estimation. The Di-DE algorithm was tested on twelve PEMFCs (BCS 500 W PEMFC, Nedstack 600 W PS6 PEMFC, SR-12 500 W PEMFC, H-12 PEMFC, STD 250 W PEMFC, HORIZON 500 W PEMFC and four 250W PEMFC and two H-12 12W PEMFC) and showed excellent accuracy.

This thesis calculates, analyzes and discusses the sum of squares error (SSE) between measured and estimated current and voltage values using parameters derived from multiple optimization techniques for six commercially available PEMFCs: BCS 500 W-PEMFC, 500 W SR-12 PEMFC, Nedstack PS6 PEMFC, H-12 PEMFC, HORIZON 500 W PEMFC and a 250 W-stack PEMFC.
