Background: Disaster mental health is a critical yet neglected aspect in India. Primary care physicians (PCPs) play a crucial role in mitigating mental health challenges following disasters. This study conducted a knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) survey among PCPs in Karnataka to assess their disaster mental health preparedness.

The present study aimed to find the relationship between modifiable determinants, that is, perceived social support (PSS) and mental adjustment to cancer (reflecting coping) with depression in patients with breast cancer.
Methods: A total of 76 adult patients with breast cancer undergoing treatment at a tertiary care hospital were recruited in this cross-sectional study.
We report an efficient synthetic route to the metal-free hydroboration and cyanosilylation of a wide range of alkynyl trifluoromethyl ketones using pinacolborane (4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane) and trimethylsilyl cyanide under mild reaction conditions at ambient temperature. These highly effective hydroboration and cyanosilylation reactions lead to the corresponding alkynyl trifluoromethyl propargyl alcohols after hydrolysis. In addition, trifluoromethyl (CF) group-based pharmaceutically active enflicoxib analogs were synthesized from propargyl alcohol.

Introduction: High risk myeloma is heterogeneous with significant variation in risk stratifications. Real world outcomes differ from controlled clinical trials and affected by socioeconomical determinants.
Material And Methods: This retrospective study was performed in a North Indian teriarty care cancer hospital.
The extensive use of pharmaceuticals has increased their presence in the environment, posing significant ecological and public health concerns. The current study reports the magnetic nanocomposite (M-ABAC) synthesis using the algal-bacterial sludge as the precursor for activated carbon and evaluates its potential in fluoroquinolone antibiotics removal. The activated carbon from algal-bacterial sludge was composited with FeO nanoparticles using the co-precipitation method.

Prophylaxis for GVHD using T-cell depleting agents is helpful in reducing the transplant-related mortality and graft rejection. Both tATG and fATG exhibit varied amounts of antibody specificities and perform distinct immunomodulatory effects, regardless of their capacity to deplete T-lymphocytes.

It is derived from lactic acid and thus represents an eco-friendly option sourced from renewable raw materials. Despite its advantages, PLA exhibits few drawbacks, such as brittleness and relatively high melting and glass transition temperatures.

The molecular structures of all the zinc complexes were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. In the solid state, all complexes exhibited a distorted trigonal planar geometry around the zinc ion.

There has been a disparate effort to design better and safer Pt drugs to deal with the problems of deactivation, Pt resistance and toxic side effects of clinical Pt drugs. In this review, we have discussed the potential of kinetically inert Pt complexes as an emerging class of next-generation Pt drugs.

We report a mechanochemical ball mill synthesis of a zeolitic tetrazolate framework (ZTF-8) that is isostructural with the well-known zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-8. ZTF-8 is extremely stable in water, 0.

Within the covalent organic framework structure, ordered channels offer a promising solution for the OH ion transport. Herein, we synthesized a cationic covalent organic framework (vTAPA) via the solvothermal-assisted Zincke reaction.
