This study attempts to evaluate the prognostic role of PHYH for overall survival (OS) in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) by means of publicly available data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Clinical pathologic features and PHYH expression were downloaded from the TCGA database and relationships between them were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) and gene-gene interactions were also performed between tissues with different PHYH expression levels.

Methods: The rabbits were all transplanted with VX2 cancer on livers. The 30 rabbits were divided into three groups: HIFU group (HIFU therapy), Combination group (HIFU + Fu Zheng Yang Yin decoction), Control group (without any treatment).
The NAFLD rats were intervened with the extracts of Polygonum cuspidatum compound for 4 weeks. The reverse transcription and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) methods were used to detecte the relative level of leptin mRNA in the adipose tissue of intervenient and control groups. Their variances of fat and glucose in serum were detected with the biochemical methods.

The relative level of TNF-alpha mRNA in adipose tissue of intervention group was lower than that of control group. Their difference was significant (t = 2.
