Green synthesis of Silver nanoparticles using strain SNPGA-8 and their characterization, antimicrobial activity, and anticancer activity against human lung carcinoma cell line A549.

The current study described the systematic and detailed extracellular synthesis method of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using strain SNPGA-8 by green synthesis method. The AgNPs were subjected for characterizations using UV-Vis, FTIR, TGA, TEM, EDX, XRD, and zeta-potential analyses. The antibacterial activity against , , , , , , and was determined by the agar well diffusion technique.
