Subabul (Leucaena leucocephala L.) is a leguminous species often referred to as the "miracle tree," it provides numerous ecosystem services and exhibits robust ecological characteristics. However, the infection caused by phytopathogenic fungi is poorly understood in Subabul.

Here, we are intended to present a simple and facile synthesis of novel orange emitting thiazole-pyridone fluorescent tag (TPFT) by a simple diazo coupling reaction and the structural elucidation was carried out by IR, NMR (H and C), UV-Vis, photoluminescence and HR-MS spectrometry. The solvatochromic behaviour of the TPFT offered crucial information about the formation of hydrazone and azo tautomeric forms.

For effective management, it is vital to distinguish between these two conditions. Existing diagnostic methods have some limitations due to their inaccessibility and high cost.

Background And Objectives: CD56, associated with neuroectodermal differentiation of the embryonal cells, is often considered a marker of neural lineage. Odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) are of particular interest because of their characteristic histopathologic features, high recurrence rate, and aggressive behavior. CD56 immunoreactivity in these lesions has been reported with very high frequency.

However, use of HEPES buffer for radiolabeling reactions, meant for clinical applications, has been underrated due to the non-availability of sufficient toxicity data. The objective of the present study is to find the evidences towards safety of intravenous administration of HEPES through systemic toxicological studies in small animal model to support its safe application for clinical exploitation.

However, tamoxifen can have adverse systemic effects. Local transdermal therapy offers a potential solution by delivering the drug directly to the breast and minimizing systemic exposure.

Professionals in the dental and medical fields must take responsibility for educating the public, and future professionals in these fields will play a key role in this effort.
Methodology: Dental and medical students were polled through online questionnaire, with questions posed in multiple-choice format, to gauge their knowledge of dental implants.

Although TNM staging systems is an international standard for cancer reporting, prognosis evaluation, and treatment planning, multiple histopathological risk assessment predictors such as tumor thickness (TT), tumor shape, tumor growth pattern, and invasive malignancy grading scoring systems have been studied and should form a basis for prediction and prognostication of such aggressive carcinomas.
Aim: To evaluate and characterize the histomorphological prognostic indicators in OSCCs of tongue and compare it with OSCCs of other anatomic sites within the oral cavity.
Neurophysiological monitoring assesses the functional integrity of the brainstem by using monitoring and mapping techniques. We report an operated case of a pontomedullary lesion in a patient who developed central hypoventilation postoperatively. The intraoperative use of neurophysiological and cardiovascular monitoring was unable to predict/prevent this hypoventilation.

Preemptive diagnosis and correcting the hypovolemic status can reduce the incidence of post-induction hypotension. However, an association between preoperative volume status and severity of post-induction hypotension has not been established in neurosurgical patients.

Materials And Methods: We tested the mechanical properties and cytotoxicity of an indigenously fabricated PLGA membrane incorporated with simvastatin (1 mg/cm2). An animal study evaluated the regenerative potential of the membrane.

Objective: The two scaffold Quinazoline analogues (Compound 21, NSC: 95112/753439 and Compound 12, NSC: D-104834/ 758270) in three different concentrations were evaluated for their anti-tumor activity against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) and two different concentration were evaluated for their anti-tumor activity against Dalton's ascites lymphoma (DLA) bearing Swiss albino mice.
Materials And Methods: The in vivo anti-tumor potency of Quinazoline bases was assessed in EAC model by measuring the increase in mean survival time of the drug treated over untreated control mice and treated standard (Gefitinib) mice. Their toxicity was assessed in vivo in normal, standard, and EAC-bearing mice by measuring the drug-induced changes in haematological parameters.
Esmolol hydrochloride, an important anti-hypertensive and anti-arrhythmic agent, is administered as intravenous infusion only. The objective of the present work is to screen the feasibility of this drug for transdermal delivery. To enhance the lipophilicity, a pro-drug approach was adopted.

The conformation of the cyclooctane ring in the three compounds is quite close to the boat-chair form of the parent hydrocarbon. Packing is effected through weak C-H.
