Interventional prospective study was done enrolling 77 patients of GERD who respond to proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and have undergone LNF, strict diagnostic criteria were followed with GERD score, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, oesophageal manometry, and endoscopically negative patients have further undergone 24-h pH study. Follow-up was done at 12 and 24 months by GERD score, SF-36 score, endoscopy, oesophageal manometry.
