Multiport converters are the most reliable and integral component for latest renewable source integration with multiple inputs. This article is one among the kind, which proposes a novel Coupled Inductor based Four Port topology Multiport Converter (CI-FP-MPC) for integrating multiple PV sources with different voltages. The adoption of coupled inductor contributes an increased voltage gain with reduced stress on the switches and diodes.

Stingray injury is common in temperate and tropical waters worldwide. The majority of injuries are minor and can be managed with simple first aid at the shoreline; however, serious complications can occur. We report a case of Vibrio alginolyticus wound infection, retained foreign body, and posterior tibial artery pseudoaneurysm after stingray envenomation in a returning traveler.

The proposed work aims to develop an automated machine learning based network model for heart disease prediction with better accuracy. In the pre-processed data, the most significant features are selected using the White Shark Optimization based Linear Discriminant Analysis (WSO-LDA) technique, reducing computational complexity. Finally, the selected features are fed to the Hybrid Artificial Neural Network (HANN) with a Multi-Objective Spotted Hyena optimization (MOSHO) based classification stage.

The tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrkA) family of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) emerge as a potential target for glioblastoma (GBM) treatment. Benzenesulfonamide analogs were identified as kinase inhibitors possessing promising anticancer properties. In the present work, four known and two novel benzenesulfonamide derivatives were synthesized, and their inhibitory activities in TrkA overexpressing cells, U87 and MEF cells were investigated.

The present study is aimed at an efficient photocatalytic degradation of industrially important reactive dyes using phycocyanin extract as a photocatalyst. The percentage of dye degradation was evidenced by a UV-visible spectrophotometer and FT-IR analysis. The degraded water was checked for its complete degradation by varying pH from 3 to 12.

Objectives: The leukocyte is a specialized immune cell that functions as the foundation of the immune system and keeps the body healthy. The WBC classification plays a vital role in diagnosing various disorders in the medical area, including infectious diseases, immune deficiencies, leukemia, and COVID-19. A few decades ago, Machine Learning algorithms classified WBC types required for image segmentation, and the feature extraction stages, but this new approach becomes automatic while existing models can be fine-tuned for specific classifications.

Tannery waste-based gelatin composite film reinforced with cellulose II nanocrystal (CNC II) extracted from wet wipes using three different hydrolysis techniques is explored for its functional properties and possible utilization as a biodegradable packaging material. CNC II isolated using hydrogen peroxide (PCNC), citric acid (CCNC), and hydrochloric acid (HCNC) differed in morphological and crystalline character as investigated using DLS, FE-SEM, FTIR, and XRD analysis. The crystallinity of PCNC, CCNC, and HCNC was found to be 81.

In our present study, the photocatalytic degradation of malachite green (MG) an organic dye was carried out using a phycocyanin extract of Spirulina platensis under the irradiation of sunlight. The aim of the present study is to incorporate a simple, novel, an eco-friendly, and cost-effective degradation of dyes without using any harmful metals and chemicals. It was observed that 25 ppm of MG dye got degraded nearly to 100 % at 3 h.

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the surface dose (SD) of 6 and 10 MV flattening filter beam (FF) and flattening filter free (FFF) beam for different square field sizes in three Beam-matched medical linear accelerators using a parallel-plate ionization chamber.

Materials And Methods: The experiment was carried out in a phantom composed of 40×40 cm2 solid Water slabs of varying thickness. Further sheets of solid water phantom were added to take readings in the build-up region for both SSD and SAD technique.

Aim: Synovial sampling can be used in the diagnosis of peri-prosthetic joint infection (PJI). The purpose of this study was to establish the role of simultaneous image-guided synovial aspiration and biopsy (SAB) during an initial 2-year experience at our institution.

Methods: Retrospective review of consecutive SABs performed during 2014-2016 at a tertiary referral musculoskeletal centre.

Epidermal growth factor receptors are constitutively overexpressed in breast cancer cells, which in turn stimulate many downstream signaling pathways that are involved in many carcinogenic processes. This makes EGFR a striking target for cancer therapy. This study focuses on the EGFR kinase domain inactivation by novel synthesized indoline derivatives.

Indoline derivatives functions as an inhibitors of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) with the anticancer potential against various cancers. We aim to investigate anti-breast cancer effects and mechanism of action of novel indoline derivatives. Molecular docking of seven indoline derivates with EGFR revealed, N-(2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenyl (4'-methylphenyl) methyl) indoline (HNPMI) as the top lead compound.
