Background: Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy is a rare and dangerous disease. This study aimed to examine the etiology, treatment, and outcomes of pancreatitis in pregnancy.
Method: A total of 25 pregnant patients diagnosed with pancreatitis during the period of 1994 and 2014 was analyzed retrospectively.
Syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) is a common cause of hyponatremia in cancer patients. It is most frequently reported in association with small-cell lung cancer, but has been reported in other cancers as well. Here we report the case of a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome and blast crisis who developed concurrent hyponatremia.

Isolated vasculitis of the gastrointestinal tract without systemic involvement is rare. We report a unique case of a female patient who presented with abdominal pain, and was found, on serology, to have elevated inflammatory markers without autoantibodies.

Methods: Data were captured by retrospective chart review to assess 109 patients treated endoscopically for bleeding DL from 2003 to 2013.
