Spin-transfer torque in multiferroic tunnel junctions with composite dielectric/ferroelectric barriers.

Using model calculations, we demonstrate a very high level of control of the spin-transfer torque (STT) by electric field in multiferroic tunnel junctions with composite dielectric/ferroelectric barriers.
