Hepatic lymphangioma is an extremely rare benign tumor, which usually occurs as part of a multiorgan lymphangiomatous involvement. We describe an adult patient with a huge hepatomegaly caused by a diffuse lymphangiomatous infiltration of the liver, which has never been reported before. Extrahepatic localizations could not be demonstrated.
