Purpose: Presentation of our own experience with percutaneous treatment of symptomatic bile-duct stones like late complication in patients with biliodigestive anastomosis.
Method: Three symptomatic female patients with biliodigestive anastomosis and acutely symptomatic with proven bile-duct stones above anastomosis were treated with initial percutaneous transhepatic drainage and later via percutaneous route using of endoscopic lithotryptor with special technique.
Results: All procedures were successful without complication, the patients are free of biliary symptoms in the long term.

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate a set of gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST) of the stomach and the small bowel managed with a laparoscopic technique.
Material And Methods: The study covers a period from January 1, 2007 until June 1, 2010 during which 13 patients underwent the laparoscopic removal of stomach tumours and 2 patients underwent the removal of a small bowel GIST in the General Hospital in Pardubice. In all cases tumours were removed in a laparoscopic way, including the healthy border of the stomach tissue.
Spontaneous cholecystocutanea fistula is very rare disorder. The occurrence is very frequent in women above 60 years old. The symptoms of this disorder are nonspecific.

Introduction And Aim: The authors discuss paliative treatment using coated and bare metallic stents in a prospective randomized study for inoperable oesophageal carcinomas. The aim of this study is to assess the following parameters in both treatment groups: duration of the stents functionality, survival rates, complications rates and histological findings.
Methods: From 1999 to 2003, the total of 60 patients with oesophageal and cardial carcinomas were randomized.
