Chlorambucil is used in veterinary medicine for various cancers, while Toceranib, which was licenced for treating canine mast cell tumours, is now used against other solid tumours. Both drugs are generally safe, but their combined use has not been studied. This study aimed to investigate retrospectively the safety profile of the Chlorambucil-Toceranib combination against canine solid tumours.

Introduction The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of transferring the pectoralis minor (PM) in its entirety and assess its relationship with the musculocutaneous nerves (MCN) and axillary nerves (AXN). Methods Sixteen fresh transthoracic cadaver specimens were used. After PM transfer, the following measures were obtained: (a) the distance between the coracoid process (CP) and the subscapularis insertion on the lesser tubercle during external, neutral, and internal rotation.

Background: Peripheral nodal B-cell lymphomas (PNBCL) represent the most common presentation of lymphomas in dogs. Multiagent CHOP (C = cyclophosphamide, H = hydroxydaunorubicin [Doxorubicin], O = Oncovin, P = prednisolone)-based chemotherapy protocols have been widely accepted as gold standard 1st-line treatment. CHOP-25 and CHOP-19 are most commonly prescribed but have never been directly compared.

The identification of non-hematopoietic cells in effusions is a diagnostic challenge in cytology. Biopsies from mesothelium or primary lesions are infrequently performed in clinical settings and immunochemistry on smears or immunohistochemistry on cell blocks are the most common ancillary test to refine the cytological diagnosis. Cavitary effusions are an ideal matrix for flow cytometry and the availability of a cytometric panel to describe non-hematopoietic cells would represent a useful tool.

Background: Lateralization shoulder angle (LSA) and distalization shoulder angle (DSA) are 2 parameters that have been described for a better planification of arthroplasty, but the range of these angles is very wide. The purpose of this study was to investigate the best combination in terms of lateralization and distalization to optimize the outcome of reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) for cuff tear arthropathy (CTA) with a functional deltoid.

Methods: This retrospective cohort study, conducted between 2014 and 2018 at a specialized shoulder unit in Paris, focused on patients exclusively treated with RTSA for CTA, ensuring a minimum follow-up of 1 year.
