We reported a case of 27-year-old woman who suffered a hydrothorax induced by a central venous catheter that had been placed to facilitate parenteral nutrition. The central venous catheter was inserted into the superior vena cava through the right subclavian vein. Chest radiograph after insertion revealed proper position of the tip.

An aspergilloma usually arises in a preexisting cavity in the lungs. We report a case of a young woman with anorexia nervosa who developed an aspergilloma some time after she suffered pneumonia due to aspiration during nasal tube feeding.

The aim was to examine the sensitivity of prehospital triage criteria [triage revised trauma score (T-RTS)] in identifying major trauma patients and to evaluate the current level of trauma care of a regionalized Dutch trauma system for major trauma patients.
