[Endothelial dysfunction on initial stages of arterial hypertension among men of young age and it's connection with vascular risk factors].

Frequency of display endothelial dysfunction, arising on the initial stages of development arterial hypertension is investigated, depending on vascular risk factors. The main group was made by 86 men with arterial hypertension I-II stage, group of the control--practically healthy 50 men. Vasomotor endothelial function defined on a degree of vasodilatation a humeral artery in reply to reactive hyperemia.
