: Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is one of the leading causes of mortality in intensive care units. The role of systemic hyperintense inflammation (SHI) in the pathogenesis of critical complications of ICH remains a poorly understood problem. There is a specific variant of severe ICH associated with increased intracranial pressure and occlusion of intracranial vessels, defined as ineffective cerebral blood flow (IECBF).

[Texture analysis of 3D models for the prediction of the grade of clear cell renal cell carcinoma of the kidney (pilot study)].

Aim: To evaluate the possibilities of textural analysis of 3D models in differentiating the degree of nuclear dysplasia of the clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).

Materials And Methods: The specimens after surgical treatment of 190 patients with ccRCC were analyzed. In all cases, nephron-sparing surgery (NSS) was performed through laparoscopic access.

[The role of systemic inflammation in the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke in the presence or absence of effective brain blood flow].

Objective: To identify the likelihood of developing systemic inflammation (SI) as a general pathological process in severe haemorrhagic intracerebral stroke with and without the phenomenon of ineffective cerebral blood flow.

Material And Method: Three groups were examined: 1) 89 blood donors (controls), 2) 15 patients with severe haemorrhagic stroke without the phenomenon of ineffective brain blood flow; 3) 26 patients with severe haemorrhagic stroke with ineffective cerebral blood flow. Ineffective cerebral blood circulation was recorded on the basis of transcranial Doppler ultrasound data; 87% of patients had clinical signs of brain death.
