Bouveret's syndrome (BS) represents an exceedingly rare clinical entity characterized by gastric outlet obstruction induced by a gallstone passing through a cholecystoduodenal, cholecystogastric or choledochoduodenal fistula and impacting in the duodenum or pylorus.
