There are currently no accurate rules for manually delineating the subregions of the heart (cavities, vessels, aortic/mitral valves, Planning organ at Risk Volumes for coronary arteries) with the perspective of deep-learning based modeling. Our objective was to present a practical pictorial view for radiation oncologists, based on the RTOG atlas and anatomical complementary considerations for the cases where the RTOG guidelines are missing.

In recent years, several immune checkpoint inhibitors (anti-PD1/anti-PD-L1, anti-Program-Death 1/anti-Program-Death ligand 1) have been approved for the treatment of various solid malignancies including metastatic esophageal cancer. As such, we hypothesized that the addition of an anti-PD-L1 to CRT would provide clinical benefit for patients with locally advanced oesophageal cancer.

Thus, the use of neutralizing anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibody (MoAb) to confer a passive immunity appears attractive in KTRs.
Methods: We performed a French nationwide study to compare COVID-19-related hospitalization, 30-day admission to intensive care unit (ICU), and 30-day death between KTRs who received an early infusion of MoAb (MoAb group) and KTRs who did not (control group).
Objectives: To characterise the motion of pulmonary tumours during stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and to evaluate different margins when creating the planning target volume (PTV) on a single 4D CT scan (4DCT).
Methods: We conducted a retrospective single-site analysis on 30 patients undergoing lung SBRT. Two 4DCTs (4DCT1 and 4DCT2) were performed on all patients.
Systematic review for the treatment of high-risk prostate cancer (HR-PCa, D'Amico classification risk system) with external body radiation therapy (EBRT)+brachytherapy-boost (BT-boost) or with EBRT+stereotactic body RT-boost (SBRT-boost). In March 2020, 391 English citations on PubMed matched with search terms "high risk prostate cancer boost". Respectively 9 and 48 prospective and retrospective studies were on BT-boost and 7 retrospective studies were on SBRT-boost.
