[Castleman's pseudotumor in children. Apropos of an unusual case].

A case of abdominal pseudo-tumor of Castleman disease is reported in a nine year-old boy. The patient is well without evidence of recurrence three years following resection. Castleman's disease is a benign disorder of lymph nodes that occurs rarely in children.
