PCB congener 77-induced ultrastructural alterations in the rat liver: a quantitative study.

Liver alterations were estimated morphometrically in male and female Sprague-Dawley rats that were fed PCB congener 77 (3,3',4,4'-tetrachlorobiphenyl) in concentrations of 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10 ppm or corn oil in diets for 13 weeks.
