Objectives: Determine if physician stigma toward patients with chronic pain or opioid use disorder or physician hesitancy prescribing opioids adversely affects patient pain care. Explore the demographics associated with stigma and hesitancy.

A Systematic Review on Safety and Efficacy of Ayurvedic Interventions in Hemiplegia ().

The study's objective is to conduct a comprehensive systematic review for assessing the safety and efficacy of Ayurvedic interventions in managing hemiplegia/Pakshaghata. The study involved a search across multiple online databases and online clinical trial registries. Additionally, major Ayurveda postgraduate institutes were contacted to acquire unpublished trial data related to hemiplegia/Pakshaghata.

Decadal Trends and Associated Factors of Colorectal Cancer in Kerala Between 2010 and 2021 Among Patients in a Tertiary Hospital-Based Cancer Registry.

Introduction The incidence of colorectal cancer (CRC) has notably risen on a global scale, owing to modifications in lifestyle patterns and the overconsumption of processed food to meet nutritional requirements. Colorectal cancer is among the most common cancers in India, with a significant number of new cases reported annually. The aim of our study is to examine the trends and association of CRC in Kerala between the years 2010-2021 among patients reporting at a tertiary Hospital-Based Cancer Registry (HBCR) in Ernakulam.

The Use of HIV Prevention Strategies and Services Reported by Black Women with a Risk for and with HIV in the United States.

Black women are disproportionately affected by HIV. We analyzed data from two Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's HIV surveillance systems to better understand HIV prevention strategies used by Black women at risk for and with HIV to help inform efforts to end HIV. Among sexually active Black women, we analyzed 2019 National HIV Behavioral Surveillance data on women without HIV (n = 4,033) and 2018-2020 Medical Monitoring Project data on women with HIV (n = 967).

Efficacy of Arogya Rakshak Panchatantra (Five Lifestyle Principles) on Heart Rate Variability and Menstrual Symptoms in Primary Dysmenorrhea: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) is associated with decreased performance and reduced quality of life in young adults. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing Arogya Rakshak Panchatantra (ARP), a naturopathic lifestyle practice, among young female adults with PD. This open-label, parallel-arm, randomized controlled trial included 52 young female adults with PD aged between 16 and 25 years.
