Unlabelled: This study aims to create a fatigue recognition system that utilizes electroencephalogram (EEG) signals to assess a driver's physiological and mental state, with the goal of minimizing the risk of road accidents by detecting driver fatigue regardless of physical cues or vehicle attributes. A fatigue state recognition system was developed using transfer learning applied to partial ensemble averaged EEG power spectral density (PSD). The study utilized layer-wise relevance propagation (LRP) analysis to identify critical cortical regions and frequency bands for effective fatigue discrimination.

Despite extensive studies on the molecular network and key genetic factors involved in this process, the underlying epigenetic landscape remains incompletely understood.
Results: Here, we explored the dynamics of the methylome and transcriptome during the two-step plant regeneration process.
Prime editing is widely used in many organisms to introduce site-specific sequence modifications, such as base substitutions, insertions, and deletions, in genomic DNA without generating double-strand breaks. Despite their wide-ranging applications, prime editors (PEs) have low editing efficiency, especially in dicot plants, and are therefore barely used for genome engineering in these plant species. Here, based on the previous approaches used to improve prime editing efficiency, we generated multiple different combinations of PE components and prime editing guide RNAs (pegRNAs) and examined their prime editing efficiency in Arabidopsis thaliana protoplasts as the dicot model system.

However, they are usually difficult to overexpress in functional form in microbial cell factories. Moreover, 9-LOXs, generating 9-hydroperoxy fatty acids from C18 polyunsaturated fatty acids, have rarely been found from microbial sources.

Molecular glue degraders exemplify this concept due to their compact drug-like structures and ability to engage targets without reliance on existing cognate ligands. While cereblon molecular glue degraders containing glutarimide scaffolds have been approved for treatment of multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia, the design of new therapeutically relevant monovalent degraders remains challenging.
