In the present study, principal component analysis (PCA) is used to investigate the processes controlling groundwater salinity in the Mewat (Nuh) district, Haryana, India. Twenty groundwater samples were collected from salinity-affected areas in the March-April months of years 2018 and 2019 and were analyzed for chemical variables pH, EC, Ca, Mg, Na, K, [Formula: see text], Cl, SO, [Formula: see text], TDS, and total hardness. Background And Objective: The current study aimed at observing the cytomorpho logical patterns in patients presenting with enlarged cervical lymphnodes, diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC), their distribution with respect to age and gender, and determining the accuracy of FNAC as a diagnostic procedure in cases with cervical lymphadenopathy.

Methods: Out of all patients presenting with cervical lymphadenopathy from Sep tember 2015 to September 2016, in the Department of Pathology, Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India 100 consecutive cases were enrolled into the current study, following the exclusion of all cases where FNAC smears were inadequate or suboptimal for diagnostic interpretation. Histopath ological examination was conducted on small excision biopsy specimens/radical neck dissection, where ever possible and diagnostic efficacy of FNAC was evaluated.

Epitope mapping the specific residues of an antibody/antigen interaction can be used to support mechanistic interpretation, antibody optimization, and epitope novelty assessment. Thus, there is a strong need for mapping methods, particularly integrative ones. Here, we report the identification of an energetic epitope by determining the interfacial hot-spot that dominates the binding affinity for an anti-interleukin-23 (anti-IL-23) antibody by using the complementary approaches of hydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS), fast photochemical oxidation of proteins (FPOP), alanine shave mutagenesis, and binding analytics.
