Background: Hamstring tendon has been more popularly used in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Quadruple semitendinosus graft had some benefits and decreased the donor site morbidity.
Objective: This study presented the length of semitendinosus and gracilis in Thai people and used the leg length to estimate the tendon graft length.
Background: The semitendinosus and gracilis tendon are commonly used for ligamentous reconstruction. Inaccurate skin incision may cause complications such as cutting the main tendon, inadequate graft length and sciatic nerve injury. There have been no reports about the insertion site of these tendons among Thai people.

The possible involvement of 5-HT in abalone gamete release was demonstrated by a dose-dependent increase in Haliotis rubra gonad contractile bioactivity following 5-HT stimulation. Physiological functions associated with 5-HT, are mediated through binding to 5-HT receptors.

In this report, immunocytochemistry revealed the selective presence of AS-A in the corpus luteum of mouse ovaries. Immunoblotting indicated that mouse corpus luteum AS-A had a molecular mass of 66 kDa, similar to AS-A of other tissues.

The number of positive NS cells, and the intensity of staining in the ganglia, varied and might be related to the stage of ovarian cycle. At any stage, positive cells were most numerous in the pleuropedal, and least numerous in the visceral ganglion.
